PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in heat resistance, which exerts sufficient laminate strength not only at a normal temperature but also at a high temperature of 90°C or higher, in addition to moderate flexibility, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, chemical resistance and post-workability, by using a material except a vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet, which has at least an anchor coat layer consisting of a urethane-based anchor coat agent, is characterized as follows: the 100% modulus of the cured coating film of the urethane-based anchor coat agent is in the range of 1-25 MPa; and the urethane-based anchor coat agent consists of an isocyanate-cured urethane resin containing at least isophoronediisocyanate. Additionally, the decorative sheet is also characterized in that isocyanate components, which are contained in the isocyanate-cured urethane resin, consist of 30-98 wt.% isophoronediisocyanate and the other isocyanate components of 70-2 wt.%.
