An oil cooler for automatic transmission is provided to reduce largely weight of a product by forming an internal pipe, an external pipe, an inner pin, and a boss with a stainless material. An internal pipe(24) is inserted into an external pipe(22). A space part is formed between the internal pipe and the external pipe. Both ends of the space part are sealed. An inner pin(28) is inserted into the space part. A tube and a boss(30) are formed at both ends of the external pipe in order to circulate oil. A copper-plated inner pin is attached between the internal pipe and the external pipe in order to braze inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the internal pipe and the external pipe by using copper composition as a welding material.
