PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconfigurable circuit capable of reducing a circuit scale and increasing the number of combinations of connectable output terminals and input terminals in computing unit groups. SOLUTION: This reconfigurable circuit is provided with a network circuit 105 controlling connection between the output terminals and the input terminals in the computing unit groups 111-11n and a first selector 106 connected between the computing unit groups and the network circuit. By means of the first selector, a first terminal in the computing unit group is connected to a first terminal in the network circuit while a second terminal in the computing unit group is connected to a second terminal in the network circuit when a first control signal is in a first condition, and the first terminal in the computing unit group is connected to the second terminal in the network terminal while the second terminal in the computing unit group is connected to the first terminal in the network circuit when the first control signal is in a second condition.
