The structure (20) has a set of axial channels (21) emerged on two opposite surfaces of the structure for communicating with hydraulic pumping and compensation chambers. The channels are separated using walls (22), whose average thickness is less than or equal to average transversal dimension of the channels, for obtaining laminar flow of liquid with linear pressure drop in the channels. The transversal dimension of the channels is than 1 millimeter.
