A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) including a firm ware downloading terminal is provided to perform firm ware downloading continuously in a module applied to the other electronic devices through a preset jig irrespective of the kinds of the flash type component by installing the firm ware downloading terminal on the guide board. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(100) having a firm ware downloading terminal comprises a main board(120), at least one board for component mount(110) and a connection terminal group(130). The board for component mount has plural inner terminals for download on a preset area of the main board, and mounts a flash type component for downloading firm ware through the plural inner terminals for download. The connection terminal group includes at least one terminal group formed on the main board except the board for component mount. Each terminal group is electrically connected with the inner terminal of each board for component mount. The connection terminal group includes plural external terminals for transmitting the firm ware to the flash type component of each board for component mount.
