A current programming display device is provided to reduce a line charging time by enhancing a programming current ratio to an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) current on a current drive type OLED. A first MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor(T11), which is connected to a source voltage terminal with a high level, controls to supply a pixel current to an OLED(OLED11). Second and third MOS transistors(T12,T13) are used for selecting a control voltage storing mode or an illumination mode. A fourth MOS transistor(T14) delivers a data current, which is delivered through the second MOS transistor, to a programming current. First and second capacitors(C11,C12) store a difference voltage between a source voltage terminal voltage and a threshold voltage of the first MOS transistor, a voltage corresponding to the programming current which is shared and stored as a control voltage. A fifth MOS transistor(T15) is used for storing a programmed voltage by selecting the first or second capacitors. The OLED is illuminated corresponding to a pixel current, which is supplied through the first and third MOS transistors.
