A bi-directional LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device with a touch screen panel is provided to enable an LCD panel unit to include a first substrate, of which a side is attached to the touch screen panel unit, and a second substrate attached to the first substrate, and to perform the display of an image on both sides of the LCD panel unit according as a voltage is applied to the LCD panel unit, thereby reducing the number of parts and production cost and improving optical characteristics. A touch screen panel unit(810) is comprised of a first panel unit with light transmittance for a visible ray area and a second panel unit with light transmittance and flexibility for the visible ray area. An LCD panel unit(830) has a first substrate, of which a side is attached to the touch screen panel unit, and a second substrate attached to the first substrate, and performs the display of an image on both sides of the LCD panel unit according as a voltage is applied to the LCD panel unit. A light supply unit(829) is attached to the second substrate of the LCD panel unit and supplies light for both-sided image display to the LCD panel unit. The first panel unit is the first substrate.
