The far infrared radiating ceramic plate is composed of 55 wt% ceramic mixture, 15 wt% iron oxide, 15 wt% manganese oxide and 15 wt% cobalt oxide. The far IR emitting ceramic mixture consists of 62.77-66.77 wt% silica, 22.55-26.55 wt% alumina, 0.5-0.7 wt% iron oxide, 0.01 wt% calcium oxide, 0.12 wt% magnesium oxide, 0.71-0.91 wt% sodium oxide, 0.36-0.7 wt% lithium oxide, 0.07-0.09 wt% titanium oxide and 25-30 wt% water content. Far IR radiates from this ceramic plate at more than 18 deg.C and its maximum emitting efficiency is above 95% at 35-45 deg.C.
