PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered foamed sheet having antistatic function with flexibility and shock-absorbing property, whereby the surface of a body such as an object to be wrapped thereby and contacted with the sheet is not contaminated, and an excellent appearance and uniform antistatic effect on the surface can be provided. SOLUTION: A foamed sheet comprises a polyolefin resin foam layer in which a polyolefin resin layer having a polymer antistatic agent is layered on at least one surface of the polyolefin resin foam layer such that the polyolefin resin layer is the top layer. The foamed sheet has an apparent density from 15g/L to less than 100 g/L and a surface resistivity from 1.0×10<SP>8</SP>to 1.0×10<SP>13</SP>(Ω) after applying ultrasonic washing with ethanol.
