An advertisment method and an apparatus using an advertising terminal are provided to apply for an event to each user through the advertising terminal, while an advertisement is displayed to the advertising terminal itself with contraction with an advertiser. An advertisment apparatus comprises: an advertisement database(10) for storing an advertisement file generated with an advertisement contract with an advertiser and the information related to an advertisement display; an advertising terminal(40) for displaying the advertisement file stored in the advertisement database; an event DB(20) for storing the information for an event progress for the user and a winning number; a discount ticket DB(30) for storing the discount point information generated among the event progress; an event control unit(50) having a module endowing the opportunity applying for a first bonus event; a module(61) for comparing the winning number stored in the event DB, and determining the success or the failure; a first bonus event control unit(60) having a module(62) for endowing the opportunity applying for a second bonus event of afterward; and a second bonus event control unit(70) having a unit for determining the success or the failure.
