A system and a method for processing electronic approval by installing a relay model for processing an approval document in a mobile relay server are provided to process the electronic approval by converting a proposal document into an image file in the mobile relay server and checking the image file of the document in the mobile terminal of an approver. A database(130) stores a proposal document and an approval document. An electronic approval server(120) requests transmission of a message for requesting approval of the proposal document. A mobile relay server(140) processes a file of the proposal document by using a relay module.
