An instrument maintenance system is provided to inform a client of a repair schedule of instrument at a proper time, effectively collect instrument operation information, calculate the repair schedule and rapidly provide the repair schedule to the client at the request of the client. An instrument maintenance system includes a database(400) having a client information storage unit(410) storing client information, an instrument information storage unit(420) storing instrument status information, and a repair schedule storage unit(440) storing repair schedule information of registered instrument, an instrument operation monitor(20) for transmitting operating time information, a client terminal receiving the operation time information and instrument repair schedule information, transmitting the information through a communication network(500) and receiving repair schedule information or manual information through the communication network, a manager terminal(200) inputting the instrument information, and an instrument management server(300). |
