A mail transmission system and method using a mail relay server are provided to transmit a mail having a company domain to which a mail sender belongs to a recipient through the mail relay server to improve PR(Public Relation) effect of the company to which the mail sender belongs and allow a client who frequently moves to easily transmit and receive mails. A mail transmission system includes at least one company mail server(100) which stores mail information of company workers, transmits a requested mail to an E-mail address of a recipient and receives a mail, a mail relay server(200) linked to the company mail server to receive the mail information previously stored in the company mail server, request the company mail server to transmit a received mail and transmit a mail to the company mail server using the mail information, and at least one mobile terminal(500) which requests the company mail server to transmit a received mail, confirms the mail, creates a mail and transmits the mail to the main relay server. |
