A system and a method for providing a labor management service on a web are provided to automatically calculate basic pay, allowance, retirement grants and bonus of a valid worker, automatically output necessary documents and provide various search functions. A system for providing a labor management service on a web includes a web client(10) which is installed in a PC(Personal Computer)(100) of a member company and receives member company information and worker information, a network(20) for transmitting information between the member company and a service provider, an access server(30) connected to the web client to receive a request from the member company, and a service providing unit(40) which is connected to the web client and the access server through the network, generates labor information based on the worker information, stores the labor information and transmits the labor information to the web client. |
