FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for even cleaning of working rolls in hot-rolling mill of the metal strip, particularly, aluminium strips. Brush includes working section, including bears on ends supporting main part with fixed on it working section, which is pressed to the roller with regulated by effort or defined immersion depth. For achieving of cleaning effect in conditions of uniform pressing pressure form of cleaning brush or form of brush working section is so slant to the roller shape that between roller and working section of brush, accordingly, by means of cleaning brush it is installed uniform pressing pressure along the full length of body of roll. Form of brush working section or form of cleaning brush is chosen accordingly to roller geometry with contour, meet mathematical polynomial function, exponential or circular function. ^ EFFECT: shaping of brush for rollers cleaning. ^ 8 cl, 4 dwg |
