A signpost with a sensor and a signpost management system equipped with the same are provided to manage signposts from a distance efficiently by mounting communication devices connected to a management server on the signposts. A signpost includes a sensor part(130) sensing the position or inclination variation of the signpost, a memory(140) in which the variation history sensed by the sensor part is stored, a controller(120) controlling the operation of the sensor part or the memory, a communication part for wire or wireless communication with a management server, and a display part outputting the variation history as images or sounds.
