The invention relates to the branch of mechanical working, namely to grinding with constant value of radial component of cutting force, which is implemented by an elastic scheme of grinding. A device contains a housing, inside which a slider is installed with possibility of displacement in the direction to a working surface of wheel. Additionally on the housing a vibration source is installed, and runners for installation of the workable sample are fastened on the slider, in the case the runners have possibility of displacement along the axis of grinding wheel and are connected with the vibration source by a flexible strip, the direction of the axis of maximum hardness of which coincides with the direction of the axis of grinding wheel. Use of the invention allows to increase the output of grinding with retention of the quality of working as a result of increase of the arc of contact of single grain with the sample and volume of single shears, decrease of the influence of grinding time on the intensity of loading of the contact areas on the grains. |
