PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric die cast machine that can suppress vibration of a shock absorber, can be smoothly transferred from an injection step to a pressure increase step and has excellent durability and quietness.SOLUTION: An electric injection device 1 of a die cast machine is provided with: a screw shaft 5 rotatably held; a nut body 7 screwed to the screw shaft 5; an injection plunger 9 that is driven to move forward and backward in interlock with the nut body 7; an electric servo motor 11 for injection and an electric servo motor 12 for increasing pressure which rotary drive the screw shaft 5; a one-way clutch 13 provided between the screw shaft 5 and the electric servo motor 12 for increasing pressure; and a shock absorber 10 that absorbs surge pressure acting on the injection plunger 9. The shock absorber 10 is provided with an elastic member 36 that is elastically deformed by receiving the surge pressure acting on the injection plunger 9 and a hydraulic damper device 37 that absorbs vibration of the elastic member 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
