PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest which enables an air cell to be stably fixed thereto without inhibiting expansion/contraction of an air chamber, and to provide a vehicle seat.SOLUTION: A headrest 4 of a vehicle seat 1 includes: a cushion pad 12; a cover 13 covering the cushion pad 12; and an air cell 11 provided between the cushion pad 12 and the cover 13 at the headrest front surface side of the cushion pad 12. The air cell 11 has: an air room 30 which may be expanded or contacted by supplied/exhausted air; and a seal part 31 located adjacent to a periphery of the air room 30. At least a part of the seal part 31, which excludes the air room 30, is fastened to the cushion pad 12 or the cover 13. The air cell 11 is fixed to the cushion pad 12 or the cover 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
