FIELD: instrumentation; biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions intended for selective transfer of samples of biological material or material of biological origin. Container includes body (2), having at least compartment (3), suitable containing for at least a fluid or liquid and/or for containing at least portion (16a) of collecting device (16) for biological samples. Said body (2) comprises at least inlet opening (4) to compartment (3) and at least containing wall (5) provided with at least a selective passage portion 6. Design of portion 6 is intended to prevent exit of a fluid or liquid from container (1). Sealed working condition is characterised by at least a rest state of container (1) or a first value of mechanical shaking of container (1) and/or a first value of relative centrifugal force to which container (1) is subjected for a first interval of a predetermined time. Body (2) is designed to selectively enable exit of fluid or liquid from container (1) through selectively passage portion (6) at least via working condition, which is characterised by at least corresponding second state of mechanical shaking of container (1), and/or container (1) is subjected to a corresponding second relative centrifugal force, for a second predetermined time interval. Selectively passage portion (6) is equipped with at least one weakened portion (14') or multiple weakened portions. Each weakened portion (14') is closed or substantially closed at least in one of sealed operating conditions and/or before container (1) is brought into one of operating passage conditions for second predetermined time interval. Each weakened portion (14') is designed to open at least in one of said operating passage conditions by realising a passage opening (14). Set comprises laboratory test tube (10) with possibility of selective closing cover (11) and container (1) to insert and closing in test tube (10) through cover (11). Body (2) of container (1) additionally comprises rest portion (9), shaped to interact with appropriate support portion (12) test tube (10) to hold container (1) in a test tube (10) in specified position, lifted and remote from bottom of test tube (10), and/or container (1) is inserted into test tube (10) and extracting therefrom and such selective closing in laboratory test tube (10) facilitating transfer in test tube (10) of fluid or liquid contained in container (1), by mechanical shaking test tube (10) in one pass of operating conditions during second predetermined time interval. Use of container (1) for transfer of samples into a test tube (10) by stronger mechanical shaking of test tube (10) than predetermined mechanical shaking, and/or by applying relative centrifugal force exceeding predetermined relative centrifugal force to test tube (10). Method includes inserting container (1) in a laboratory test tube (10); closing container (1) in test tube (10); mechanically shaking test tube (10) containing container (1) to a level that is greater than a predetermined mechanical shaking, or subjecting test tube (10) to a relative centrifugal force that is greater than a predetermined relative centrifugal force, for second predetermined time interval, so as to cause passage of at least a portion of fluid or liquid from container (1) to test tube (10) through selective passage portion (6).EFFECT: preventing contamination of biological sample, simple process of transfer of whole sample from sampling device and simplified manufacturing and use of container.12 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
