PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting film that offers reduced material cost and is less susceptible to having gas bubbles formed between the film and an adhesion target, and to provide a laminated glass having the same.SOLUTION: A daylighting film 1 includes a plurality of light-transmissive transparent sections 9 and a plurality of air-permeable air gap sections 10, which are alternately arranged in sequence in a longitudinal direction of the daylighting film 1.
