PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten processing time required for classification of images while alleviating deterioration of accuracy of the classification of images.SOLUTION: A temporary classifier is generated by a random forest method of considering a plurality of kinds of feature quantities as explanatory variables based on a plurality of pieces of learning data. Feature quantities with low degrees of contribution of classification by the temporary classifier are specified from among the plurality of kinds of feature quantities. A new temporary classifier is generated by the random forest method on the basis of the plurality of pieces of learning data except the feature quantities with the low degrees of contribution. The newly generated temporary classifier of which the difference between a correct answer rate of the classification by the classifier generated first and a correct answer rate of the classification by the newly generated temporary classifier is equal to or less than a threshold is adopted as an authentic classifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
