PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical panel for aerial imaging, in which practical measures are taken to adhesion of a bonding agent on portions other than gaps between flat plates.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an optical panel for aerial imaging includes a laminate forming step in which plural flat plates 30 arranged and forming a flat plate aggregate are placed inside a laminate forming container, and protective plate bodies 50 are provided on both ends of the flat plate aggregate. Here, each protective plate body includes: a protective main plate 50A which comes into close contact with an end surface of the flat plate aggregate to protect the end surface; an annular protective main plate frame material 50B which is bonded to the peripheral side surface of the protective main plate 50A; and an annular bonding agent blocking material 50C which is filled in a gap between the protective main plate frame material 50B and the flat plate 30. Further, in the laminate forming step, the fluid bonding agent is allowed to flow into the laminate forming container to immerse the flat plate aggregate, one end surface or both end surfaces of the flat plate aggregate are pressed with the protective plate bodies 50 interposed therebetween, the bonding agent is cured to allow the flat plate aggregate to form into a laminate 3, and the vicinity of side surfaces of the laminate 3 is cut at a position of the protective main plate frame material 50B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
