The processes can comprise: a process of determining whether to display at least one piece of body type information including image information in order to prompt a user to select one piece of the body type information; a process of receiving a selection input of the user with respect to the at least one piece of body type information; a process of acquiring target biometric impedance information which corresponds to the selected body type information in response to the received selection input; a process of acquiring user biometric impedance information for the user; and a process of generating exercise recommendation information for the user based on the acquired target biometric impedance information and the user biometric impedance information. According to the present invention, user customized exercise information can be provided.
