An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system to automatically manage a parking lot. A technical object of the present invention is to enable anyone to more effectively park or moves out from the parking lot by enabling a vehicle owner, who wants to park a vehicle in a parking lot, to utilize a parking terminal installed on a parking surface, a vehicle terminal installed in the car, and a parking application installed in a vehicle owner terminal. To achieve this, the system to automatically manage a parking lot comprises: a parking control server to register parking surface information of the parking lot and to generate parking guide information for a corresponding parking surface of the parking lot based on the parking surface information; a parking terminal individually installed on parking surfaces of the parking lot and individually having inherent parking surface information; a vehicle terminal included in a vehicle desired to be parked in the parking lot and having inherent vehicle information; and a vehicle owner terminal in which a parking application is installed, and which is connected to the parking control server by automatically executing the parking application when the parking surface information and the vehicle information are received from the parking terminal and the vehicle terminal, transmits parking request information including the parking surface information and the vehicle information to the parking control server, and receives the parking guide information from the parking control server. |
