摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a physical quantity measuring device whose measurement precision is excellent while reducing manufacturing costs. A differential pressure sensor (1), in the physical quantity measuring device, comprises: a port (31) into which a measurement targeted fluid is introduced; a sensor case (30) with a base where the port is mounted; a sensor to extract the physical quantity of the measurement targeted fluid; a substrate (36), for a sensor, where an external surface faces an inner surface of the base; a sensor module (3) having a cover (37) which presses the substrate (36) for a sensor with the base (32); and an electric circuit unit (20), electrically connected to the sensor module (3). The sensor module (3) is composed to be mounted on an outer surface of an opening end part (22). Additionally, the electric circuit unit (20) is equipped with a case body (2) inside, while a gap (38), for a sensor module is formed between the outer surface of the substrate (36) for a sensor and the inner surface of the sensor case (30).
