The invention relates to medicine, and more specifically to a method of therapeutic action on pathological processes in an organism. The present invention can be used in therapy for a wide range of disorders. The problems addressed by the invention that are solved, and deficiencies in existing procedures that are eliminated, in the proposed method of therapeutic action on pathological processes in an organism consist in transferring a neutrophil or lymphocyte suspension purified from plasma into the human organism. In comparison to other therapy methods known to the inventors, this method does not require complicated equipment or the presence of highly qualified specialists, and is fairly inexpensive, the patient does not experience discomfort and harm from the therapy process, and a dynamic change in the patient's condition is taken into account.
