Efficient stereoselective method of synthesizing chiral 2-fluoro-4-nitrobutanoate derivatives is disclosed. Under presence of nickel (II) bromide and (1R, 2R)-N,N′-dibenzylcyclohexane-1,2-diamine, the present invention makes 2-fluoro propanoate derivatives (2-fluoro-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanoate) with nitro alkene derivatives, so that chiral 2-fluoro-4-nitrobutanoate derivatives can be efficiently synthesized efficiently with high optical purity. |
