PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head unit which includes a support member formed by erecting a reinforcement plate on a bottom plate supporting ink jet heads and inhibits warpage from being caused in the support member by a temperature difference between the bottom plate and the reinforcement plate.SOLUTION: A head unit 21 includes: a plurality of ink jet heads 21b, each of which discharges an ink from a nozzle; a support member 21c having a bottom plate c1 supporting the plurality of ink jet heads 21b and a reinforcement plate c2 erected on the bottom plate c1; a heater 23 which heats the reinforcement plate c2; and a control part 50 for controlling the heater 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
