PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cell structure into which nucleic acid is introduced at high nucleic acid introducing efficiency in a simple manner.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cell structure into which nucleic acid is introduced includes: a preparation step of preparing a low cloud point-type temperature-responsive polymer composition containing 2-(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl) methacrylate and/or a polymer of a derivative thereof, and nucleic acid; an arranging step of covering a culture surface of a cell culture vessel by the low cloud point-type temperature-responsive polymer composition to arrange a covered cell culture vessel; a first seeding step of seeding cells on a culture surface of the covered cell culture vessel at a cell density of 100 pieces./mmor more; a first culture step of culturing the cells seeded on the first seeding step until they reach a cell density of 200 pieces./mmor more; a second seeding step of seeding on the seeded cells of the covered cell culture vessel at a cell density of 3000 pieces./mmor more; and a second culture step of culturing the cells seeded in the second seeding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
