PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a computer program for outputting CSR-related information capable of facilitating the creation of shared values based on connections among small businesses, the primary industry workers, between both sides, and between them and general consumers to revitalize further CSR activities in addition to increasing opportunities to form connections among business leaders.SOLUTION: A terminal device receives an aid offer including financial or material aids together with aids details information including financial amounts or the names and quantity of goods, and aids recipient identifying information. A central unit stores in a storage unit the aids details information related to the received aid offer associated with aids provider identifying information. The terminal device receives the aids provider or the aids recipient identifying information to extract aids details information stored in the storage unit.
