PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the description quantity of a template for conversion to an executable file.SOLUTION: A storage part 11 includes: a flow model 11a showing dependency between data and processing; a meta model 11b showing the definition method of processing shown by the flow model 11a; and a template 11d for conversion to the executable file of processing. An arithmetic part 12 sets a meta model identifier for identifying meta models 11b and 11c in the meta models 11b and 11c, and sets a meta model identifier in a flow model 11a in accordance with the generation request of the executable file from the flow model 11a. Then, the arithmetic part 12 converts descriptions in the template 11d for conversion in accordance with the flow model 11a in accordance with the definition method of processing shown by the meta model 11b by referring to the meta model 11b on the basis of the meta model identifier set in the flow model 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
