PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard processing device which can suppress the wobbling and transportation displacement of a baseboard.SOLUTION: This baseboard processing device 1 comprises: a first air knife 4a and a second air knife 4b which are independently arranged in upper and lower parts of a transportation passage H so as to sandwich the transportation passage H in a processing chamber 2, and blow out gases toward the transportation passage H; and a rectifier 5 which is arranged in the processing chamber 2, and rectifies flows of the gases. The first air knife 4a and the second air knife 4b have long-length blow-out holes 13, longitudinal directions of the blow-out holes 13 are inclined to the same direction as a transportation direction Ha of a baseboard W in a horizontal plane, and the blow-out ports 13 are formed so as to blow out the gases toward an upstream side of the transportation direction Ha of the baseboard W. The rectifier 5 has a first face 5a and a second face 5d being an opposite face with respect to the first face, is located in a lower part of the transportation passage H, fallen to a downstream side of the transportation direction Ha of the baseboard W, and arranged so as to divide the flows of the gases to a flow along the first face 5a and a flow along the second face 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
