PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for notifying an occupant of a vehicle of the presence of a notification target person while preventing the notification target person from being individually identified.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 100 generates a notification image 60 for notifying a driver of a notification target person located in a traveling direction of an own vehicle A. In the notification image 60, a road image 61 representing the configuration of roads in the traveling direction is displayed. In addition, a notification area image 65 is displayed if at least one piece of position information of a notification target person is acquired by the on-vehicle device 100.
