PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive conductive film that shows improved adhesiveness to an untreated PET which is not subjected to a surface treatment for improving adhesiveness, upon forming a transparent conductive pattern using the photosensitive conductive film, and a method for forming a conductive pattern, a conductive panel substrate and a touch panel sensor using the above photosensitive conductive film.SOLUTION: A photosensitive conductive film 10 includes a support film 1, a conductive film 2 disposed on the support film 1, and a photosensitive resin layer 3 disposed on the conductive film 2. The photosensitive resin layer 3 comprises (a) a binder polymer, (b) a photopolymerizable compound, (c) a photopolymerizable initiator, and (d) a phosphate compound, in which a ratio of (a) to (b) is from 63:37 to 50:50 with respect to total 100 parts by mass of the component (a) and the component (b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
