PURPOSE:To provide a coil manufacturing apparatus and a coil manufacturing method, which can be automated without the intermediary of human hands. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 which is turned by a drive means, a first-insulating- paper feed means 15 which feeds a sheet of first insulating paper 14, an adhesive-applying means 28 which is arranged and installed on the movement route of the sheet of first insulating paper 14 and which coats an adhesive onto the surface of the sheet of first insulating paper 14, a second-insulating- paper feed means 12 which feeds a sheet of second insulating paper 11 wound on the bobbin 1 so as to be piled up on the surface of the sheet of first insulating paper 14 and a metal-sheet feed means 9 which feeds a metal sheet 8 wound on the bobbin 1 so as to be piled up on the surface of the sheet of second insulating paper 11 are installed. In addition, a pressurization means 34 which is arranged and installed on the movement route of the sheet of first insulating paper 14 and which holds and pressurizes a duct sheet 27 on and to the surface of the sheet of first insulating paper 14 coated with the adhesive, a lead-plate feed means, a welding means for a lead sheet and the metal sheet and a cutting means for the metal sheet are provided. |
