PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding system and a welding method capable of shortening a labor time and reducing a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: A welding system comprises a control device 104 for causing a measuring device 103 to measure the positional relation between the leading end of a welding wire 128 and a welding center position 130, to decide the presence or absence of a positional deviation between the leading end of the welding wire 128 and the welding center position 130 on the basis of the measurement result, and to change at least one of the position and the posture of a welding torch 122 in the case where it is decided that a positional deviation occurs, thereby to correct the positional deviation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
