PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease of output due to permeation of water content, by mixing an inorganic hygroscopic agent in an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide film is used as a film substrate 1. A first electrode layer 2 is an Ag film. An nip junction film is used an amorphous semiconductor layer 3. A second electrode layer 4 is an ITO film. As a third electrode layer 5, an Ag film is formed on the rear of an insulating substarte 1. Thereby a solar battery cell is constituted. Denatured polyolefin based adhesive agent 61, 62 in which synthetic zeolite as inorganic hygroscopic agent is mixed is spread on one surfaces of hygroscopic films 71, 72 which surfaces are roughened by plasma treatmemt. Thereby the hygroscopic films having adhesive agent layers are formed, which are set and laminated on both sides of the cell. Thereby moisture resistance is improved, and a long life solar battery module excellent in resistance to weather can be obtained. |
