[Also in Division H3] A timepiece driving arrangement comprises an elastic vibrator such as a tuning fork (not shown), maintained by the transistor circuit through a coil L co-operating with a permanent magnet. The coil is connected as the load resistance of a transistor T1 the collector of which is connected to the base of a second transistor T2. The emitter of the second transistor is connected directly to the emitter of the first transistor, whereby a positive feedback voltage is provided and negative output impedance is generated. The coil L is arranged between the collector of T1 and the + re pole UV of the supply voltage. Both emitters are connected to the - re pole of the supply through a resistor R shunted by a capacitor C. In modifications, Figs. 5, 6, and 7 (not shown) additional capacitors and resistors are incorporated in order to shift the operating points of the transistors. |
