<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic fare adjusting machine which securely adjusts the fare of a discount train ticket whose fare is reduced as compared with an ordinary train ticket when the discount train ticket is used outside the discount time zone. CONSTITUTION:A train ticket discrimination part 16 discriminates whether or not a ticket, which is used, is a discount ticket, a time zone discrimination part 17 discriminates whether or not the discount ticket is used in the discount time zone, and a fare calculation part 18 calculates the regular fare between the getting-on station and getting-off station unless the ticket is used in the discount time zone and displays the regular fare at a fare display part 1, and when memory which is as much as or more than the displayed regular fare is thrown in, a fare decision part 20 judges that the money is as much as or more than the regular fare and a ticket issue part 13 issues a fare adjustment completion ticket and an equivalent ticket corresponding to the discount train ticket.</p> |
