PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in communication quality due to a disturbing radio wave and deterioration in communication quality due to collision of operating frequency bands. CONSTITUTION:A controller detects an electric field strength in excess of a carrier sense level CL from each radio master station to receive band numbers (fX1, f2,...fXy) in which a disturbing wave is in existence (ST12), extracts hopping codes C11,...,C21,..., ...C81,... used to avoid a band number in each zone and stores them (ST13). Then a hopping code whose hopping frequency band is not in duplicate based on an extracted hopping code of each zone (ST14). The extracted code is allocated to each zone in this way (ST15). The controller informs the hopping code allocated to each radio master station to it (ST16). Each radio master station starts radio communication by using the hopping code allocated to each communication zone. |
