<p>PURPOSE:To provide a toll receiving device which can automatically and accurately decide a car forcing its way through a tollgate and takes its evidential picture. CONSTITUTION:This toll receiving device which receives the toll corresponding to the kind of an entering vehicle from the vehicle detects the passage of the vehicle 3 by a vehicle detector 5. A charge processing machine 4 decides whether or not the toll of the passing vehicle is received once the vehicle detector 5 detects the passage of the vehicle 3. If it is decided that the toll is not received, a speed measuring instrument 6 measures the passing speed of the vehicle 3 passing by the vehicle detector 5. The charge processing machine 4 decides that the vehicle is forcing its way through the tollgate when the passing speed of the vehicle 3 measured by the speed measuring instrument 6 is larger than a previously set value, and a photographic camera 7 takes a picture of the vehicle 3.</p> |
