PURPOSE:To provide the subject system designed to formulate water and cut laver at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:This system is made up of a hopper 2 mounted with a rotatable dividing truck 23 for primary formulation, a high-concentration formulation tank 4 placed under the dividing truck, a piping 5 for conveying high- concentration formulated laver attached to the tank 4 and having a 1st pump 51 at its midway, a pipe channel-shaped formulation machine 6 for the secondary formulation of high-concentration formulated laver and water provided with an inlet side 61 for this piping, a piping 8 for water supply having at its midway a 2nd pump 83 equipped with a branched piping 82 to feed water to the inlet side of this machine 6 and the dividing truck, and a piping 9 for conveying specifically formulated laver provided on the discharge side 62 of the machine 6. By this system, formulated laver of specified concentration can be produced, thus achieving the production of uniform and high-quality dry laver products and improving the yield thereof. |
