PURPOSE:To produce an apparatus capable of automatically producing equilateral triangle INARI SUSHI (flavored boiled rice wrapped up with fried bean curd) without causing breakage in upper and lower layers of fried soybean curd. CONSTITUTION:This INARI SUSHI producing apparatus is constituted by arranging a device for blowing compressed air into the middle part of an equilateral triangle fried bean curd obtained by obliquely cutting a rhombic fried bean curd, a device for blowing compressed air into the cut face of fried bean curd and a device for separately absorbing upper and lower layers of fried bean curd under vacuum, applying pulling-up force to a part close to the cut face of the upper layer to open the fried bean curd and pressing an equilateral triangle rice ball into the interior, along an endless conveyer. The equilateral triangle INARI SUSHI can continuously be produced by carrying out ply separation of the upper and lower layers of fried bean curd without causing breakage of upper and lower layers of the fried bean curd and opening the interior of fried bean curd and pushing equilateral triangle rice ball into the interior. |
