PURPOSE:To make a sound suction material and a heat insulating material which are adhered to an inside face of a box body, unnecessary, by dividing a molded body wherein a water receiving mold, a ventilation runner casing mold and a fan motor room mold are formed, through using a moldable material having a sound absorption function and a heat insulating function, such as a foaming resin and the like, into upper and lower two, and by accommodating this molded body into a metal plate box body. CONSTITUTION:Sucked air is blown out from an air flow paths formed at a lower side mold body 2 and at an upper side mold body 3, through a heat exchanger 8 by a ventilation runner 6, after passing through an air flow path formed at an under side mold body 2 from an under face of a body 1. Packings 11-15 prevent an air leakage or a heat leakage. Noise generated by the ventilation or heat generated by the heat exchanger 8 is absorbed or is insulated by the properties of the foaming resin which the upper and the lower bodies 2, 3 have. Hereby, a water receiving part, an air blower and the like which are ordinarily necessary become unnecessary, a sound suction material adhering to an inside face of a box body and a heat insulating material become unnecessary, and a decrease of the number of composed parts and a structure simplification by decreasing the assembling work and cost down can be contrived. |
