CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a password code control means 2 dividing a password code into two kinds of first and second password codes, allowing and executing registration, deletion, change and the display of the number of copied sheets of every password code, initialization and printing-out as for the first password code and inhibiting prescribed one operation among the registration, the deletion, the change, the display of the number of copied sheets of every password code, the initialization and the printing-out as for the second password code in response to a signal inputted from an operation part 1. |
