Diethylmalonic acid bis-amidoximes (I): for treating haemosiderosis form water-soluble, non-toxic, acid-stable and coloured FeIII-complexes, suitable for oral use. - They are prepd. from diethylmalonyl dinitrile and hydroxylamine in polar solvents.
