<p>1284420 Display fitments F KAMMLER 12 Nov 1969 [1 April 1969] 51081/69 Heading G5C A display fitment is formed from a flat blank (Fig. 5) by folding into a tubular frame. Tabs 9 are engaged in slots 3a, and tabs 4a are engaged in slots la; flap section 8 is shorter than the flap section 7 and the depth H of flap section 6 is greater than the depth h of the flap section 3, so that apertures 10 are formed at the inner corners of the fitment on the back of the fitment to receive members whereby the fitment may be connected to another or feet. The fitment may have a rectangular or elliptical panel 11 recessed at 1 la, and the back of the frame may be covered by an advertising screen. The fitment may comprise an upright rectangular frame having several vertically spaced panels 11, all but the lowermost being supported on cranked brackets inserted in slots in the frame uprights 1. The fitment is securable either to a similar display fitment or to an attentionattracting arrow 14 (Fig. 4) by means of a generally E-shaped member. The generally E-shaped member 15 comprises (Fig. 14) V- section limbs 15a and 15c, and an X-section limb 15b between which fitment corners are secured, but may comprise an E-shaped member 17 (Fig. 12) which connects pairs of fitments together and to a support 19. Feet may be fitted to the fitment.</p> |
