A bi-stable device 10 having control ports 14, 15 has the output 12 connected through a restrictor 22 to the port 20 of a continuously variable proportional amplifier device 19 the other output 13 of the device 10 being connected to the other control port 21 of the device 16. The restrictor 23 between the control ports and the restrictor 22 are adjusted to give optimum recovery at port 18 when pressure P1 at port 14 rises above P2 at port 15. The inherent high hysteresis in this circuit may be reduced by a further bi-stable device in each conduit from the outlet ports 12, 13 to the control ports 20, 21. Alternatively a single monostable device may have its control port connected to the outlet 13 and its outlet ports similarly connected through restrictors to the proportional amplifier control ports 20, 21.</p> |
