A frame is constituted by descending tubes (21,21',21") connected at their upper ends to sections (41,42,41',42'). A plate (22) which is fixed to the inside of a descending tube is fastened by a hanger. The hanger comprises a ring (24) which surrounds the plate. The ring can be lifted so as to pass beyond the upper end of a descending tube and allow its gripping by an external hook. The descending tube is of rectangular section and the plate is fixed along a diagonal of the section. The descending tube has at its upper end two opposite notches (45) so as to allow passage of a cover (43) of two upper sections (41,41') when two tubes (21,21') of two different frames are placed side by side. The cover comprises a turned up edge (46) on one side which is encastred in a first section (41) and a foldable side (47) able to be turned up inside the second section (41') once the turned up edge is encastred.
